Moisten cotton pad and gently sweep in excess of face, neck and eyes without rubbing. Repeat until cotton pad arrives absent clean. No have to rinse.This was once best how ever I found they improved the formula and appeared it up to substantiate . It feels oily and greasy and my skin reacts to it by breaking out.
